نامه نخست وزیر اسپانیا: تقدیر از رویکرد دولت اسپانیا در حمایت از صلح و حقوق بینالملل
موضع سنجیده و مسئولانه دولت اسپانیا در دفاع از دیپلماسی، حقوق بینالملل و پرهیز از تکرار تجربههای تلخ جنگهای گذشته، اقدامی قابل توجه و شایسته تقدیر است. امید آن داریم که این رویکرد به تقویت تلاشهای بینالمللی برای مهار تنشها و پیشبرد راهحلهای سیاسی و مسالمتآمیز یاری رساند.
متن نامه نخست وزیر اسپانیا:
جناب آقای پدرو سانچز
نخستوزیر محترم پادشاهی اسپانیا
با سلام و احترام،
«همگامی برای جمهوری سکولار دموکرات در ایران» بدین وسیله از موضعگیری روشن و مسئولانه جنابعالی و دولت اسپانیا در دفاع از اصول حقوق بینالملل و ضرورت جلوگیری از گسترش جنگ در پی حمله نظامی ایالات متحده آمریکا و اسرائیل به ایران قدردانی میکند.
در شرایط کنونی که خطر تشدید درگیریها و سرایت آن به منطقهای وسیعتر وجود دارد، تأکید بر توقف فوری مخاصمات و تلاش برای استقرار آتشبس، اقدامی ضروری در جهت پاسداری از صلح و امنیت بینالمللی است. پایبندی دولت شما به چارچوبهای حقوقی بینالمللی و مخالفت با اقداماتی که خارج از این چارچوبها صورت میگیرند، نقشی مهم در تقویت اعتبار نظم حقوقی جهانی دارد.
ما همواره سرکوبهای خشونتآمیز و نقض سیستماتیک حقوق بشر توسط جمهوری اسلامی ایران علیه شهروندان خود را محکوم کردهایم. با این همه، روشن است که این واقعیت نمیتواند مبنایی برای توجیه یا مشروعیتبخشی به اقدامات نظامی خارجی علیه ایران باشد.
باور ما بر این است که آیندهای دموکراتیک و مبتنی بر آزادی و حاکمیت قانون در ایران تنها از مسیر اراده و مبارزه مدنی مردم ایران و نیروهای دموکراسیخواه آن تحقق خواهد یافت. تجربههای مداخلات نظامی در دهههای اخیر نیز نشان دادهاند که چنین اقداماتی اغلب پیامدهایی پرهزینه و بیثباتکننده برای ملتها و منطقه به همراه داشتهاند.
از این رو، موضع سنجیده و مسئولانه دولت اسپانیا در دفاع از دیپلماسی، حقوق بینالملل و پرهیز از تکرار تجربههای تلخ جنگهای گذشته، اقدامی قابل توجه و شایسته تقدیر است. امید آن داریم که این رویکرد به تقویت تلاشهای بینالمللی برای مهار تنشها و پیشبرد راهحلهای سیاسی و مسالمتآمیز یاری رساند.

Dear Sir,
“Hamgami – Coalition for a Secular Democratic Republic in Iran” hereby expresses its appreciation for the clear and responsible stance taken by you and the Government of Spain in defence of the principles of international law and the necessity of preventing the expansion of war following the military attack by the United States and Israel on Iran.
At present, when there is a risk of escalating conflict and its spread to a wider region, emphasizing the immediate cessation of hostilities and efforts to establish a ceasefire is a necessary step toward safeguarding international peace and security. Your government’s commitment to international legal frameworks and its opposition to actions taken outside these frameworks play an important role in strengthening the credibility of the global legal order.
We have always condemned the violent repression and systematic violations of human rights carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran against its own citizens. Nevertheless, this reality cannot serve as a basis for justifying or legitimizing foreign military actions against Iran.
We believe that a democratic future in Iran, based on freedom and the rule of law, can only be realized through the will and civil struggle of the Iranian people and their pro-democracy forces. Experiences of military interventions in recent decades have also shown that such actions often bring costly and destabilizing consequences for nations and the region.
For this reason, the measured and responsible position of the Government of Spain in defending diplomacy, international law, and avoiding the repetition of the bitter experiences of past wars is noteworthy and deserving of appreciation. We hope that this approach will help strengthen international efforts to contain tensions and advance political and peaceful solutions.
